For each of our programs, the strategy is the same: To change you and your body’s relationship with food. The way you think about food, the way your body handles its food, and how food is going to impact your body and your health in both the short and long term.
The tactics, however, differ within each program. Calories, proteins, carbs intake, aggressive vs. moderate; everyday foods vs. meal replacements, etc.—we can help you tailor your new food plan, and monitor your progress at the pace of your choosing based on your unique situation or preference.

Low Calorie Diet Plan
Designed by Medical Bariatrics of America, this plan has been successful for 100,000+ patients in 30 clinics nationwide. Average weekly weight loss of 2 pounds.
New Direction® Very Low Calorie Diet Plan
A rapid weight loss plan of meal replacements, lasting up to 4 weeks (many patients enjoy some of the meals indefinitely). Average weekly weight loss of 5 pounds (oftentimes 10 in the first week!).
Modified Low Calorie
Diet Plan
Modified for a bit more urgency, this plan further instills in you the same balancing act of calories, protein and carbs for weight loss and long term maintenance alike. Average weekly weight loss of 2-4 pounds.
Maintenance Plan
Your body naturally wants to regain weight that’s lost, but our maintenance program is designed to register a "new normal" level of weight for your body and to keep the old weight off.
